
I've been 'good' the last 2 days - have done some exercising
and eaten healthily 





- I really have to keep this up and stop thinking about bad, unhealthy food 
I HAVE to lose weight to fit into the clothes that still don the labels because I put on weight before I could wear them! 
What is a girl to do?I think I'll have some grapes - might curb my sweet craving...
