Oh dearie dearie me...

Yes, oh dear, indeed  - I gained 3lb this week  - after my loss of one last week - what a shame BUT I am starting the Fast Track diet (well, started it yesterday) - this is where I eat 1,200 cals for 2 weeks then 1,400 thereafter! Yesterday I completed 1 hour of aerobics and toning.


I can do this - I have set myself a goal of losing about a stone (14lb, 6-7kg)  by the end of August! If I can manage to fall below 10 stone (140lb, 63.5kg) I'll be happy because I want to then lose another stone by Christmas!  It's going to take a lot of dedication to being good food wise and exercising daily - no let up! 


I have been thinking lately that this weight loss quest should be more than just weight loss - it should be a whole body package - let me explain...


I follow a daily facial skincare regime, but I've been thinking that I should do a whole body one which should include:
Cleansing
Exfoliating
Moisturising
Brushing
Manicure
Pedicure


I also should start Vlogging again (a Vlog - is a video log - I have a Youtube account [or 2] so I need to get going on doing that!)

Loss

Wow I am amazed to have lost 1lb as I haven't been good at all! For example, yesterday I ate a huge packet of crisps, an iced bun and a chocolate dessert for my dinner! I guess it's the non nutirtional value of the food that did it - although I wouldn't recommend that all the time!

This morning I juiced some over ripe cherries with a couple of grapes, then cut up a flat peach and banana and added a alpro-soya blackberry yogurt for my breakfast! Now that's healthier ;)

Back to serious exercising tomorrow as I really want to shed 7 lbs by the end of August (8 would be better as that will bring me under 10 stone, which for my 5'2" height isn't good)! Back to Rosemary Conely's Solo Slim meals to get me back on track :)

July/August challenge

I'm setting myself a mid July/August challenge! I have plateaued and I know why!



Negatives:

  • I've not been disciplined in following the Solo Slim menus

  • I've been buying junk food from work (although M&S food isn't really junk lol)

  • I've not been tracking what I eat on myfitnesspal



Positives:

  • I have been exercising most days - Rosemary's Real Results DVD is fabulous!

  • I have gained 2lb (OK it's a gain I know) BUT I've stayed put for 3 weeks (which is better than gaining more)

  • I have a desire to pick myself up and start again!
My challenge is:

  • To get back on track food wise
  • To lose weight instead of gaining/plateauing
  • To continue exercising
  • To drink more (always a struggle)!
