no loss or gain

stayed steady this week - will have to be good though because I was 500 calories over what I should have eaten today (cos it's pancake day).

Goal - to lose another 13 pound by the end of March - can't exercise atm cos of minor op I had last week - not happy, but it's best I get over this! Am trying to walk around more to burn ye olde calories!

Another one bites the dust

Yep - that's it - I've lost another pound - whooo hoooo! So far that's 15lb lost since 1st Jan!

Have to lose aother stone by beginning of April (I did say the end of before, but changed it to see if I can shed another 13 lbs [now] by beginning)

Want to give myself incentives! After losing 2 stone I want to visit a health spa or have my nails done!

Onward and downward :)

Update on dress

I picked up my dress today and tried it on - whoo hoo the zip does up, but I still need to lose a few inches before it looks good on me! I'm a little lumpy and bumpy atm! *sigh*

Did 20 minutes toning today walked to work and back again (up the hill) - I power walked! :)

WEIGH-IN

I weighed myself this morning, wondering how I had done and I lost 5lbs - whoooo hoooo! As you will see from my 'ticker' app - so far I have lost 14lbs - that's a stone to us Brits! Another 2 stone (or 28lb) to go [sorry not sure what the Kgs are]. I am sooo excited at having lost this much weight!

I put it down to the Rosemary Conley Solo Slim diet which I started on Jan 1st this year (2012)! It's my birthday soon so I wonder if I can lose another 7lb in about 3 weeks time! - that would be just over 2lb a week  it is do-able, but not going to go tooo berserk as it's not good to lose weight too quickly or else it will go on quickly as well!

Time to order some more RC food!

Today I ate a roast chicken dinner (not RC) but tried to keep my portions small! I have cut out high fat danish pastries, biscuits and I've even cut out the high fat treat option and just used www.myfitnesspal.com as a guide to how many calories I'm eating each day! It's a fantastic site (I have the app on my phone as well! So there's no excuse for cheating).

New dress

I may be getting ahead of myself here but I've just ordered a new dress in a size 14 - not been that size in a few years BUT not sure I'm that size now! It's a stylish dress so I'd better get exercising and losing so that it will fit me! I pick it up instore on Monday!
