10 golden ways to successful weightloss

1. Always have breakfast
2. Avoid eating between meals
3. Watch your portion sizes
4. Be more active
5. Don't drink alcohol in excess
6. Make your meals go further with low-calorie 'fillers' e.g. tomatoes, grated carrots, beansprouts, celery and courgettes
7. Cut the fat in your food (only buy foods with 5% fat or less - check the nutrition panel on the packaging)
8. Drink plenty of water
9. Write your goals down for this year
10. Take regular exercise
