Here I am AGAIN!

Yesterday I did 30 minutes gentle (low impact aerobics) - I took it easy because I haven't exercised in a while so I didn't want to go berserk! 

Not doing well at all - not focussed, too busy with other things - like music! 

Onward and downward...

Spent too long a foodie

Lately all I've done is eat and laze around - same ole, same ole! Maybe I should pretend that someone has offered to give me the flute I want if I lose 4 stone (that's about 56 lbs) that would be a good incentive to lose it! Lost 21 lbs last year gained 23 lbs - now in the obese category - eek! Started on the solo slim meals again but had a couple of blips!
Onward...
