SOLO SLIM BEGINNINGS again!

OK slipped up lately and I really nee to lose 14lbs by the end of June (but by the end of May would be great!) Got to focus on the Solo Slim diet as I have 1 month's worth of dinners and lunches!

I love the meals - they are calorie controlled, easy to heat up and delicious! Well, there are some I'm not overly keen on but a lot of them are really yummy! I;m going to bed late tonight so I hope I feel ok to exercise tomorrow because that's the key to losing weight - exercise - I find if I don't move I don't lose weight! If I don't drink I also don't lose weight so I have to ficus on drinking more, exercising more and eating less!

PLAN:

Here are the allowances:

BREAKFAST:
200 Cals

MID MORNING POWER SNACK:
50 Cals

LUNCH:
300 Cals

MID AFTERNOON POWER SNACK:
50 Cals

DINNER:
400 Cals

450ml Milk:
200 Cals

1 HIGH FAT TREAT:
100 Cals

1 LOW-FAT TREAT OR LOW FAT DESSERT:
100 Cals

Total 1400 Cals

Instead of a HIGH FAT TREAT and LOW FAT TREAT/DESSERT - I want to eat fruit instead - I don't eat enough fruit and good food, so gotta be healthy!

Eat these calories and exercise seriously and hopefully the pounds will drop off again!  Must go to bed earlier though so as not to be tired all day...
