Rosemary Conley Solo Slim

Here I am again after not keeping this up to date (if I'm not being good, I avoid posting like the plague). 

On Friday I received a Rosemary Conley Solo Slim 28 day food box full of yummy food! On Saturday I started the Fast Track 2 week 1,200 calories a day diet. Then after 2 weeks it will go up to 1,400 cals.

Before starting I typed out labels to stick on the corresponding meals so that I know which day I'm having what and which accompaniments to have with them!

WEIGHT on Saturday 20th July 2013: 11stone 12lbs 
HEIGHT: 5'2"
BMI: 30.4 - Obese (UGH!)

Waist measurement - 38" (that's thirty-eight inches!!!!!!!) I'm ashamed (it used to be 26") 

Oh well, no point moping - time to exercise!
