Getting a grip...

...is really hard!  I am so unfocussed now and am eating what I shouldn't be!   I HAVE to lose 2 stone and I'm not helping myself! ARGH!

OK less of the psycho-analysing and more of the PMA!  Good points about my weight loss so far:

Lost 7lb in the first week
Lost 5lb in the second week
Lost over 14lb so far
I have lost 3 stone (42lb) in the past
A few of my clothes aren't tight anymore

So what am I doing wrong?

Buying junk food from work and eating it
Not sticking to my menus
Not exercising as often as I had been
Not drinking enough water/herbal teas (I can't drink 'real' tea or coffee)
Eating bigger portions
Thinking about it too much instead of just getting on with it

Anyone reading this might be struggling as well!  You know what - we CAN do this - we just need to kick ourselves up the bum and get moving again - it's hardly rocket science!

Come on fellow dieter we CAN do this - we CAN achieve something (just keep away from junk food  and negative people  ) and start eating more fruit and veg and drinking more water etc (closest thing I could get to water )
