From my Bravenet Blog

OK not been on here for a while!  I have lost 17lb so far - weigh-in tomorrow  and this week I haven't been brilliant on the diet and exercise thing so don't know how I'll do!

17lb lost (so long as I don't gain tomorrow) another 28 to go!  Not doing too badly - need to concentrate more on the food I eat (or don't eat) and get exercising!   Want to be under 9 stone (126lb) by the end of the year...  I did want to be 114lb but I think for my age that would be TOO thin - don't want to look skeletal...
(thought I'd put the flutist in as I play the flute!)

Hurt my left index finger yesterday so I'll add to my mood

A Quick Update

Just remembered - not posted on here in a couple of weeks! Well I gained a pound and then lost it again a week later! Am going nuts trying to do 2 aerobic DVDs a day - and toning once a day!

My next goal was going to be lose a stone by beginning of April, but I think that's not really reachable in the time I've given myself - so I've lowered it to 7lb instead of 14lb - if I lose more then great stuff :)

Onward and downward to a slimmer newer me...
