I weighed myself this morning - hoping I was lighter than I thought I was - but nope I'm actually heavier - 11 stone 2 pounds which is 'weigh' too much for my 5'2.5" frame - I should be between 7 stone 11 and 9 stone 11 so I am sooooooooo overweight I HAVE to do something! I have 3 months to lose a decent amount of weight! 
Someone told me yesterday that if you drink a lot of
water
then it helps your liver break down all the fat - so maybe that's my problem - I really don't drink enough! I don't exercise enough either! I used to do 2
exercise
DVDs a day and go
swimming
a couple of times a week but I just sit around these days! I am going to eat more salads etc as well! Low fat, low calorie - Rosemary Conley recipes are great and they taste soooo good
I have to
pigging out and I should also
write
down the food I eat daily in a food diary!WATCH THIS SPACE for my progress!
