I'm setting myself a mid July/August challenge! I have plateaued and I know why!

- I've not been disciplined in following the Solo Slim menus
- I've been buying junk food from work (although M&S food isn't really junk lol)
- I've not been tracking what I eat on myfitnesspal
Positives:
- I have been exercising most days - Rosemary's Real Results DVD is fabulous!
- I have gained 2lb (OK it's a gain I know) BUT I've stayed put for 3 weeks (which is better than gaining more)
- I have a desire to pick myself up and start again!
- To get back on track food wise
- To lose weight instead of gaining/plateauing
- To continue exercising
- To drink more (always a struggle)!
