July/August challenge

I'm setting myself a mid July/August challenge! I have plateaued and I know why!



Negatives:

  • I've not been disciplined in following the Solo Slim menus

  • I've been buying junk food from work (although M&S food isn't really junk lol)

  • I've not been tracking what I eat on myfitnesspal



Positives:

  • I have been exercising most days - Rosemary's Real Results DVD is fabulous!

  • I have gained 2lb (OK it's a gain I know) BUT I've stayed put for 3 weeks (which is better than gaining more)

  • I have a desire to pick myself up and start again!
My challenge is:

  • To get back on track food wise
  • To lose weight instead of gaining/plateauing
  • To continue exercising
  • To drink more (always a struggle)!
