Yes, oh dear, indeed - I gained 3lb this week
- after my loss of one last week - what a shame BUT I am starting the
Fast Track diet (well, started it yesterday) - this is where I eat
1,200 cals for 2 weeks then 1,400 thereafter! Yesterday I completed 1
hour of aerobics and toning.
I can do this - I have set myself a goal of losing about a stone (14lb, 6-7kg) by the end of August! If I can manage to fall below 10 stone (140lb, 63.5kg) I'll be happy because I want to then lose another stone by Christmas! It's going to take a lot of dedication to being good food wise and exercising daily - no let up!
I have been thinking lately that this weight loss quest should be more than just weight loss - it should be a whole body package - let me explain...
I follow a daily facial skincare regime, but I've been thinking that I should do a whole body one which should include:
Cleansing
Exfoliating
Moisturising
Brushing
Manicure
Pedicure
I also should start Vlogging again (a Vlog - is a video log - I have a Youtube account [or 2] so I need to get going on doing that!)
