Lifestyle change

I have been faffing and posting promises for ages now and what have done about it - zippo, nada...

Well a lifestyle change is required - one which will carry me on until the grave! What is needed?

A routine to stick to which involves:
  • Healthy eating
  • Exercise
  • All over body care

This lifestyle change must also involve external things like:
  • A tidy house (is a tidy mind) [uncluttered house = uncluttered mind]
  • A routine of housework
  • Dressing well
  • Looking after everyone else
  • Routine to do music practise and writing
  • Spending less time on the computer
I really really really need to take this seriously and stop faffing around!
