It is scary starting something new, especially as I've started healthy lifestyle changes before and lasted about a week!
As I get older I find I'm more fearful of failure than when I was younger - weird eh?
Well, I weighed myself this morning as this is going to be my first day and I've lost 1lb (without trying) from last week! Whooo hooo
For breakfast I ate 3 American pancakes, lunch was a sweet potato and 4oz baked beans - don't know what I'm cooking for dinner! I've planned my menus for next week and it's shopping tonight!
