Today's the day...
I did 30 minutes aerobics and toning! For breakfast I had 2 slices GF toast and marmalade, then I went to my flute lesson - didin't go as well as I was hoping considering my exam will be June/July time! Onward with the practising!
For lunch I had 3 slices bacon and a slice of GF bread then had a dessert thingy which is probably high in calories! Really need to make every effort to stop eating so much - then I'll lose weight!
OK have some friends coming this afternoon for sports (well, the kids have the run around! )
